TAX
Purchases shipped to Georgia residents will be charged 7.00% sales tax.
SHIPPING
All Wallybug orders are shipped via UPS and may only be shipped within the 48 contiguous states at this time. If you are outside of this area and are interested in our products, please contact us directly at info@wallybug.com or call 678.468.2610 or 888-925-5928 toll free for more information. Please note that Levels of Discovery furniture items and Schoenhut Toy Pianos will ship directly from the manufacturer (see details below). For all other Wallybug items, we currently offer the following shipping options:

UPS 2nd Day Air
UPS Ground
Most items ship the next business day, (M-F). If an item is not available to ship within that time frame, you will be contacted within one business day with more details. (Please note that we usually SHIP the next business day, not DELIVER.) Transit time depends on the recipient's location and the method of shipping selected. Only business days are counted in transit time. For example, a UPS 2nd Day Air order received on a Wednesday would ship on Thursday and be delivered on the following Monday (two business days from Thursday). The same order sent via UPS Next Day Air would be delivered on Friday.
Levels of Discovery furniture items and Schoenhut Toy Pianos will ship within 4 days after the order is received. $5.00 handling charges will be applied per "ship to" address with a maximum of 3 items per order. $5.00 will be charged for each additional 3 items per order. All Levels of Discovery and Schoenhut items will ship via UPS ground.
UPS shipments can usually take 2-5 days to arrive depending upon your location. We are on the East Coast, so UPS shipments may take up to 8 business days from date of shipment. (Holidays and weekend days are not counted.) A shipment to the West Coast typically takes one full week to arrive via UPS.
RETURNS:
100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 14 days, unused and in original condition, for a complete refund, (excluding shipping charges). We are also happy to make exchanges provided we have the desired item(s) in stock. Re-shipping charges will be applied in the case of exchanges, (unless, of course, we are at fault). Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with your order. Returns may only be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase. Gifts may be exchanged, returned for store credit, or credited back to purchaser's credit card. We cannot issue a refund to the gift recipient.

Wallybug.com welcomes submissions of unique, innovative, top quality products. If you would like to submit a product for consideration please send the following via email or regular mail.
- Information about the product, including wholesale pricing.
- Representative contact name, address, phone, fax, email.
- Product catalog or photo.

PRIVACY POLICY:
We use the information you provide when placing an order to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. We may contact you from time to time regarding your order status or about products or specials that we think you may be interested in. If you do not wish to receive these notifications, we will honor your request not to send them to you.
We use return email addresses from your email correspondence to us to answer the email we receive. Such addresses from your correspondence are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
Finally, we do not use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without providing you an opportunity to tell us not to allow such unrelated uses. |
